This is Faris’s story from the time I first met him. His story is complicated and heartbreaking. Faris has been the most beautiful soul I have ever known, and I do not say that lightly. The unfortunate circumstances of his life only made his kindness and pure heart more evident. His desire has simply been for the care and well-being of his family, and also for humankind. Faris believed that he could benefit the world in every aspect, including solving world peace, and had many ideas that he was sure would accomplish this goal. Sadly, these ideas were rooted in his delusional thinking, but his heart and intentions were genuine. His life, and his story, are full of hardship and trauma. His life is filled with struggles that are hard to fathom. His story is also beautiful. Knowing Faris, and being blessed to love him, is a treasure more valuable than all the riches of this world. He will forever be the love of my life and my best friend of all time.
